Who we are

RingCrew AI provides AI receptionist services for residential plumbing and HVAC businesses in the United States. It is operated by Farvigo, based in India. Contact: hello@farvigo.com.

Information from our website

When you send a pilot request, we collect your business name, trade, team size, your name, phone number, email address, preferred coverage hours, an optional on-call phone number, and the scheduling software you use. We use this only to contact you about your pilot and set up your service.

Pilot requests are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, a form-to-email service. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

Information from receptionist calls

For businesses that use RingCrew, calls answered by the assistant are recorded and transcribed. Every call starts with a notice that the caller is speaking with a virtual assistant and that the call is recorded. Recordings, transcripts and call summaries belong to the business that uses RingCrew and are used to deliver the service: sending call summaries to the business, showing call history in its portal, and improving how its assistant answers.

Our service providers for calls may include our voice AI platform, telephone carriers, an AI language model provider, and our database and hosting providers. They process call data only to provide the service.

Text messages

Where a business turns on missed-call text-back, callers receive transactional messages only, never marketing. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Retention

Pilot request details are kept while we're in contact with you, and deleted on request. Call recordings and transcripts are kept for 90 days by default unless the business using RingCrew sets a different period.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information about you by emailing hello@farvigo.com. If you called a business that uses RingCrew, you can also contact that business directly.
